This applies to the following:

1. Pre-Paid social classes;
2. Pre-Paid kids classes;
3. Pre-Paid Medal Classes; and
4. All private lessons.

Policy

1. It is the objective of the Studio to provide Patrons with good information about all dance courses to allow them to make informed decisions before committing to enrol in a course.
2. Patrons will be encouraged to enrol in specific classes (day by day) if they are unsure about any aspect of the course before enrolling and pre paying for a course.
3. Patrons who have committed to a course, pre-pay for the course, and are unable to attend a class within the course, will be offered a credit for the class (s) that they are unable to attend, that can transfer to another course at a later date.  
4. All non attendances must be discussed with Jenny as soon as practical, in person or by phone.
5. Refunds will not be offered.  Once patrons have made the commitment, it is expected that they will complete the course.
6. For situations where Patrons believe they have special considerations, please approach Jenny directly.
7. All credits for classes are only valid for use within the year that they are issued.

PRIVATE LESSONS

People who book private lessons and are unable to attend must give at least 24 hours notice or will be liable for the full cost of the lesson.
